This is the fight Estrada is asking for!!!!! Who wins ths great bout?! Estrada is a damn good fighter, he lost a close decision to P4P King Chocolatito, so Estrada is on that level. He aso was very young when he fought Choco, only 21
Nietes is a good champion but Estrada who IMO is the best active mexican fighter is on another level, Nietes would put on a good fight but he would end up being outclassed by Estrada. I have doubts that this fight will happen, both are champions at different weights and i dont see Nietes dropping his belt and move up in weight unless the WBO allows him to keep his 108 pound belt even if he loses to Estrada at 112. Hope it happens though and also hope Roman and Estrada fight this year, thats the best fight that can be made at flyweight.
Nietes would push him to the limit for awhile, but Estrada will ultimately prove too smart for him and stop him late.
Nietes is a lovely patient counterpuncher, quality champion, and definitely should be in any p4p top 20. But Estrada's movement, combination punching, strength, and stamina is the perfect foil to Nietes. I just see Nietes waiting too much, not landing enough, and getting slowed down as the fight goes on.
i love donnie nietes and it would be competitive bout. but Estrada would take over mid late rounds and win a UD :deal
I had Moi winning by like 3 rounds IIRC. I remember thinking no way Nietes won. Still, he made up for it in the second bout. Surprised the hell out of me.
