"Quigg controlled Frampton" - really???? I must've watched a different programme.

To me it seemed like Quigg was trying a little hard to rile Frampton with his pre-rehe****d Joe Gallagher put together speech.... Frampton was quite cool and often brushing his comments off.

    As for his "finkin brain".......

I agree Quigg came across as humble and straightforward. Frampton came across as a bit of a nit wit, it disappointed me.

Also Frampton kept on saying how much more famous he is in his own country, so??!! There is nothing to do in Belfast, in mainland UK it would be a small city.

Let's be clear. Frampton is a true champion. Quigg is a challenger - a good, deserving challenger but that is all, not a champion. This is Frampton giving Quigg a **** at his title. Quiggs title is "I'll-gotten gains" a bauble stolen from Rigo.

    Exactly

No disrespect to Carl, he's a decent fighter after all, but if he'd been based on the mainland, he'd be no more than another paper champion, and probably wouldn't fill a shoe box.

Regardless of titles Quigg has beaten the better fighters.

Is it just me that finds it irionic that an irishman is calling someone thick? Quigg might have struggled at school but he has had a good fighting education. Frampton will be the one looking stupid when he is flat out on his back next week

Disagree, but there's not a great deal in it.

Frampton is a bright enough well spoken guy - who speaks/comes across well.
Quiqq lacks this so if he's rehe****d/practiced reponses to possible questions then smart move and good on him.

Great fight though and if I'm picking one its frampton late ko
