    Would lean towards a Maxim decision...Left jab and clinching frustrate LaMotta for 15 rounds.

    No way the much shorter LaMotta decisions the bigger better boxing Maxim...

    At the time when they were going to fight youd have to favor Maxim. LaMotta had slid very badly by then.

    Maybe. Its certainly an intriguing matchup but Lamotta had a great style for coming in under a jab. If he can outjab a prime robinson when he was fading and weight drained he could conceivably take away joeys best weapon. A prime lamotta was also a high volume puncher and very aggressive. If it goes to the cards, which it would, LaMotta would have a good chance.
