Neither. Briggs is just a name these days...he would give Haye nothing. Price is mentally shot...and would not take the fight anyway. Haye needs someone highly ranked to get himself in position for a title shot.
I think Briggs is a possibility, not Price, but they are both sub the level Haye needs. It's all a charade with Haye, is he actually serious about this comeback. I don't know.
