To be fair, when it comes to comparing Gallagher vs McGuigan in the arrogance/smug stakes, at least Joe G has grafted his nuts off and come from nothing. He's a minor success story if nothing else.

Hav'nt watched the show , will do in a minuite , but regards to the bending over and breathing ,, first time i EVER got winded was actually playing football i was about 6 ,, could'nt breath remember it like yesterday , and thats a lot of years ago ,, Teacher came running over , i thought i was going to die , he bent me over and pulled me back up , he kept doing this till i could breath , later on in life if ever i was winded i bent over and straightened up and it always worked ,
Now in a training session i don't think you would get to many coaches getting too worried about a fighter working hard and gasping for breath for a second or two , if anything it would show the trainer the effort has been put in , and its time to rest and recoup for a minuite or two at least .

However one thing i do see regular in fights ameteur and pro , bottom and top level , is fighters in between rnds being allowed to rest there arms on the ropes , THAT IS A NO NO , . Regards trainers well thers no doubt , they are trying to promote interest, but one has the runs on the board , the other has'nt

I've got a sneaking feeling that Quigg might blow Frampton away pretty early.
I just think of the two the real hunger is there with Quigg, it's something about his whole demenour for this.
I'm sure if I'm wrong this will have been bookmarked!!

Thought it was a bit harsh subtitling Carl throughout the programme. The other take away was that Carl's short/jacket maker was lovely.
