Nice. Chiquita González was a handful, but I'm not sure he can stand up to Román's firepower. Maybe if he caught an immature version of Chocolatito, like the one that has a close shave with Chango Vargas, the similarly relentless but superior Chiquita might enjoy success in the same ways Chango did. Ultimately, though, I don't think Román is as susceptible to struggling with lefties as Carbajal was. Granted, we haven't seen him in with many elite or near-elite southpaws, but the one he faced that I can remember - García Hirales - was destroyed.
Carbajal beat Chiquita in the first fight and concievably won the second fight as well. Anyways Chiquita would put the pressure on, and that would be his demise as Choco is one of the best counter punchers in the game right now... Left uppercut, Right hand, left hook, right uppercut and that's all she wrote folks..
True, at seven thousand feet - which definitely is advantage Vargas. Chango's hometown of Lagos de Moreno is well over 6k feet above sea level - thrice as high as Managua. :think
That would be an amazing fight. I love Chocolatito, but, certainly wouldn't dismiss Chiquita's chances here.
