I just get the feeling it will be along the same lines as Vernon Forrest v Shane Mosley, but not as one sided...the smaller but more talented fighter (Frampton) having trouble with the naturally bigger & stronger man. Frampton may try & be too clever & too technical & Quigg's size & power may be too much to deal with. Its a great match-up though & wouldn't be surprised at any outcome really.

One big difference in this fight is that Quigg will have to walk through a lot of fire trying to nail Carl. He has never been in with an opponent who hits as quick, clean and hard as Carl. A big question is how will Quigg cope with this.Quigg has always been the 'bully' - the bigger stronger harder hitting man. How will he cope when its put back on him?

Carl does look good. How come Shane is using those MT pads?

Head movement and lateral movement is the key to Carl winning this. Once Quigg keeps hitting air, using up energy and getting nailed, it'll dishearten him and that's when he diverts from the plan and gets stopped.

    This might look like Floyd/Canelo.

Is Quigg actually bigger and stronger? He looks like a dwarf.

Where has all this Quigg being super powerful and super big come from? He is taller with a better reach but he doesn't use it well and never has. Quigg has his strong points but Martinez is a bigger puncher than Quigg and Carl could handle his power just fine. Some crazy revisionism has went on in this build up

Let's not forget quiggs power wasn't good enough to finish off otake and salinas, the ones he brushed aside were either bums or shot like kiko

Quigg is good and of course has the power to KO Frampton if he was to land a clean shot but most fighters have. Hearing about Quigg in this build up is hearing about a completely different fighter to what I have seen in the past 4 years or so since he was with Hatton and muted as Carls opponent.
