    I don't rate Vitali as hard a puncher as 'prime' Foreman, but he is definitely much more accurate. Which would be worse for Frazier tbh.

    Vitali is one of the most overrated fighters in history. His career defining performance was a loss to an aging, out of shape, semi-retired Lennox Lewis.

    He is incredibly overrated, but that doesn't mean he loses to Frazier. There's just too many things working against Frazier's favour here.

    Foreman had the antidote to Frazier's style. The bolo , uppercut. Vitali has no such punch.

    Frazier's style was all wrong for a straight 1-2 hitter like vitali.

    Maybe if you had actual knowledge on history instead of skimming through boxrec to form your opinions, you'd have an idea of what you're talking about.

    Ellis had a rocky start but teamed up with Dundee in the mid 60s and then went on a winning streak for half a decade before Frazier ended it. Going into his title fight with Frazier he had 3 back to back victories against top contenders Bonavena, Quarry and Patterson. So yeah, Ellis wasn't just some guy with 5 losses.

    Outside of beating Ellis, he also beat Quarry, Bonavena, Chuvalo, Ramos, Mathis (who at 243 pounds ironically resembles the average modern heavyweight), Machen etc.

    He basically cleaned out the division before the new faces started appearing.

    frazier destroys vitali, based on him destroying many titlists like him.

    vitali doesn't beat frazier, based on vitali not beating the one atg (worst form ever) he faced when vits was prime...in fact getting stopped before halfway.
