    His last good win was Bradley in 2014. With his past few years being less than stellar he doesn't deserve that high of a position. Similar position to Ward. They are both ranked good due to their past performances, with Pacquiao being higher of course, but a mediocre past few years drops them below more recent fighters to dominate.

    He should be, the man is a natural Featherweight who moved up and beat world ranked WW's.

    He's the best living boxer, but his days of being legitimately ranked that high are over. He's deteriorated. He still belongs on the p4p list, but maybe at 5 or 7 or something. Kovalev, GGG, and Gonzalez at least are better than him right now. Ward and Rigondeaux would be too if they'd been more active and fought better people. Currently, Pacquiao is coming off of a loss and an injury so I just don't see it.

    Some people need to show Pac a little more respect. I wouldn't place him at #2 anymore but he's still legit. The man has nothing left to prove, living legend.

    There are two technically active fighters on this site who receive a ton of hate on this site. Wonder who they are? They're the greatest active fighters with the best wins.

    Roy Jones and Manny Pacquiao. Even decades after their defining fights they're still hated on more than anybody else on this site with the possible exception of GGG.

    It's just pure saltiness.

    Pac deserves to be in top 10 P4P Ward doesn't . 3 fights in over 4 years & them against journeymen ROFL he's not in top 50:patsch

    C'mon man the whole world saw the charade on May 1 & 2 2015. Manny Pacquaio was sabotaged & robbed by Mayweather, the NSAC, USADA & Vegas officials. Even with all the advantages Mayweather had legal & illegal he still could not convincingly beat a one armed fighting in pain opponent
    The 118-110 & 117-111 cards were ludicrous. Anyone that classes that as legitimate win for Mayweather DKSAB PERIOD!!
