haymon takes 15% after a fighter makes 200k (which in this case im sure frampton made) managers in the UK are entitled to up to 25% but each deal is diff and trainer takes 10% so lets say barry takes 25% you have 25% plus 15% plus 10% - 50% - quite a common arrangement to alot of fighters - here in america manager is entitled to 33% which is crazy if you have haymon involved and are paying the 15% to him and manager and then taxes

 

It's no different to any other fighter. They have trainers, managers and promoters. They have to be paid. People just following Hearns bitter comment like sheep.

 

Ask yourself this....

In todays shady boxing world, how many fighters hug and embrace their promoters at the end of the fight?

How many times do u see Crolla etc embracing Hearn after their biggest victories?

Or do we see Eddie looking for such a reaction only to be ignored repeatedly?

 

Very true he is well respected off them. He makes them career best pay days pays them on time, paid for many of them to get private operations and promotes their fights extremely well (often more than it deserves, but that is him doing his job well).

Im simply outlining the fact that the promotor/manager relationship which Frampton and the Mcguigans have is unique in boxing today.

You think after what happened with Mcguigan and Eastwood Barry would do anything to act in the same manor?

Admittedly i was skeptical at the start but Team Mcguigan has only been great for Framptons career so far and long may it continue, its the type of scenario that should be praised but hey would we expect anything less from the trolls on this forum?
