Margarito vs Canelo will likely happen at one point.
Lets face it, if Margarito can sell 10 000 tickets vs Jorge Paez Jr, then he can definitely pull in good PPV numbers with Canelo.

His "classic" performances stopped once he was exposed as a loaded glove cheat! The guy is at best a B fighter otherwise.

Not saying Margarito can't get a title fight on name value alone, cuz he can, but if he beat even a fringe level guy like Zaveck, he'd have technically earned a bigger fight, and would make an easier sell for Arum and GBP vs one of their prospects, titlists, or comebacking names. thumbsup
