Ronda Rousey = Pure Fine China

 

Upon close inspection and ****ysis, it is indeed evident that Rousey has always packed pure glass. She was simply beaten so handily because she was finally in with an opponent who could expose that limited stand-up game. Holm got to that Chin and shattered it.

This was an attempted Dana White cherrypick gone horribly wrong. I think Rousey should be able to come back from this loss fairly easily though. She's still a dominant force in the limited division she competes in right now.

An overhand punch from Ray Mercer is like getting hit with a sledgehammer.

If what you say is true than more mid level boxers should try mma.They should win easy right?

 

1) The OP is about 45 and acts like a kid.
2) Wlad has THE shakiest whiskers in ALL of combat sports. And then there's Amir Khan.

The force between a lunch and kick is literally like night and day.

 

It was really the left hand that Holm landed prior to the kick that did Rousey in. The head kick just finished it... emphatically.

 

This kick by Holm would floor any female fighter don´t matter what style. Even Anne Wolfe and Laila Ali would be out.
The kick was perfectly timed and hit Ronda near the carotid artery on the neck.

I am happy for Holly and especially for Dana and Rogan (UFC/MMA>>>>>>>>Boxing and any other style), but to use glass jaw after a hit like this is exaggerated.

 

Obviously with many of these fabricated ufc fighters coming from dry humping backgrounds they're simply not conditioned to get hit the way real standup fighters are, and when their whiskers finally do get seriously tested, GLASS GETS SHATTERED! Happens over and over. It's embarrassing. Do they even spar properly?

I managed to skip through one full ufc event not long ago. Sheesh. One glass jaw after another being shattered, or worse still, turtling up like little girls!! They weren't even being hit hard.

 

Yeah, they are pretty glassy. That McGregor guy is the latest to have his exposed.

 

Yeah, they're super-fragile. It seems as if there are far more glass jaws per capita in MMA than boxing.

 

Holm's head kick was vicious but Ronda herself admitted she was already wobbled by the first punch Holly threw in the fight.

I agree that MMA fighters tend to have glass jaws, I mean there's so little "stand up" in MMA fights compared to boxing 10-12 rounds wars and fighters often get knocked out in 1st or 2nd round or are seriously rocked and have to resort to wrestling like Conor tried to do.

It's also true that MMA fighters don't know how to roll with punches and have bad defense.

 

I"d like to see John Ruiz (First Latino Heavyweight Champion!) get his hands on one of them!
