How did he manage it with froch all these years then? Or has he only just recently not been allowed to corner pro's
Anthony Joshua has spend a hell of a lot of time up here in Sheffield training at the English Institute of Sport. I would expect as announcement of some sort before the Charles Martin fight.
But he still isnt in the corner for the GB guys is he? Seems very odd that they go to these levels to hide his involvement with the Joshua camp. If Joshua loses i would not be surprised if does a Luke Campbell and ends this splitting time between EIS and the Matchroom gym. I do not see the benefit of constantly travelling between locations and coaches. It will lead to a breakdown in consistency of training.
The connection between amateur and pro must improve. They must compliment each other and offer a clear career path.
Hearn will be giving out the brown envelopes to keep everyone sweet, McCracken should be treated the same as every other coach, he should be sacked from the GB squad for his involvement
I think the reason is because they are trying to hide it, that's why. Nobody would care if they announced it.
Why is that? There are plenty of coaches out there who have both Am's and Pro's in their stable and are in the corner for each...
