Not trying to agree or detract you of the subject, but JCC jr was ranked by the WBC at 130, 135, 140, 147, 154 While Andre Ward is a Light Heavyweight Olympic Gold Medalist Obviously beating on JCC undisciplined son is much more rewarding, the normal thing to do is take on the easy fight, that happens to pay more, why are you surprised :huh Andre Ward is too big/too skilled for GGG, why would GGG take it :? Its not the same as Mayweather vs GGG, because Mayweather has skills & reach advantage over GGG, while GGG is physically inferior to Ward + Technically inferior, GGG vs Mayweather is a realistic match up where GGG falls inside Mayweather predatory range, while GGG has destructive power that Mayweather might risk to face (if teh $ is right), so GGG just to build up his name, unify all belts & make Mayweather consider that fight. Andre Ward big fight is Kovalev a similar 50/50 fight

They DKSAB, GGG becomes a normal boy at 168 GGG can never beat Andre Ward, its a very illogical idea, not a single advantage in GGG side. Andre Ward is boring & a major turn off, but he has advantages on all categories: reach, weightclass :nut, height & superior Boxing skills that make GGG at a great disadvantage GGG vs Mayweather both have advantages on each other, which makes the fight possible
