    He can but if they fought 10 times i'd fancy Frampton to win 8/10, Quigg could beat Frampton but it's far more likely Carl would just outpoint him again in a rematch, A rematch is a long way off imo, neither the fans or Frampton seem to be interested atm. Quigg will have to do something major and possibly Frampton needs to loose before we see a rematch.
