Now that he's fighting Arnold Garbaga, Haye's making it fairly clear he doesn't intend to fight anything remotely resembling a live body before getting a cash out fight. Not even Briggs, who a thread poll earlier indicated most people think he's about a top 40-50 HW.

So, what does Haye have in mind? What is likely to happen? Fury will never fight him for understandable reasons. Joshua would be the biggest money fight, although I could see Wilder going on a "world tour" and fighting again in England to drive up his profile for the much more lucrative fights against Joshua or Fury. But I'm not sure Haye would even take that fight. I halfway expect him to just kind of fade away like he did after Chisora. Maybe its just a way to drive up his publicity.

The one thing I don't want is for him to just kind of hang around, beating nobodies, calling out the champs, all the while letting them fight each other and unify, and then get a cashout fight after all the big clashes are done. He doesn't deserve that, and its actually offensive to think of him disrespecting what has the makings of a great era by acting like he's the champion in recess while the real champs are out there sorting out the top for real.

He should be careful what he says about Briggs' clowning. Give it 10 years he'll be doing the same but without the charm.

Thing is he must think he's got immunity because the De Mori assault did far better than it deserved. Perhaps this time DAVE viewers will be better informed and he'll have to up his game next fight.
I do think he inevitably gets a money fight though, and it'll be with Joshua.

The Joshua fight seems like the obvious one, but when? This year, or will he string it out and wait until after unification bouts:think

He's after a big money fight, that's what. And until then he doesn't want to risk losing ...

With Haye, I will have to see it to believe it. I think he would knock Joshua out right now................

Good way of putting it. Hopefully he has to beat a top 15-6 opponent (at least) before he gets a shot at any of the belts

He probably wants the path of least resistance whilst trying to engineer another crack at the title.

With WALDO beaten by Fury the division has opened up and Haye fancies his chances. There are interesting fights out there for him and I wouldn't right Haye off just yet. He is by no means the best out there but he may be a wildcard.

No probably about hes trying to talk his way into a fight again.

He will beat this guy whos up next, then he might try and take a Briggs fight then maybe 1 more or cash out Vs Joshua depending if he wins V Martin.

If he Haye looses V Joshua I wouldn't expect to see him fight again. If he does probably aim at either Fury or someone else who generate some $$ maybe strange as it sounds they might start a beef with Whyte.. These days its more about the talk and media hype than anything esle

  13. Doing the same he did in the past. Milking the UK public while running from live bodies.

He's doing it with a lot of charm though, I loved the Haye Day on Dave, it was glorious. He was laughing at himself by allowing Dave to show it, a real character. That being said I think he needs to fight someone with a lot of credibility before he gets a shot at a title.

Saying that should AJ lose this Saturday I can see AJ Vs Haye happening in November.

Daves a bit of a lad he can see the money and he wants his bit .as long as he keeps knocking out nobodys and popin up on chat shows and general telly rubbish he is primed for a big fight and big dosh all he has to do is keep winning the odd fight on a free channel and appear on chat shows and a big fight will come his way. And a huge cash in.
