Charlie Edwards only said that nonsense about it being a mega fight down the line because he was too chicken to fight Andrew Selby for the vacant British title and used it as an excuse to drop out of the purse bids

Two really good fights and the atmosphere at both would be amazing.

i know for myself personally I cant relate to these small guys. in my head somewhere it tells me what percentage of bixers in this country are even fighting at these low weights? even frampton quigg thats about as excited as i've been for a bantamweight fight in a long long time but its still nothing compared to how I'm feeling about martin - joshua or even khan - canelo

I called for Quigg v Mcdonnell in 2014 and people on here laughed at me.

That's another good fight, do you think it sells big or is a PPV event?

Also where would you like to see it?

I like Haskins/McDonnell but neither side really fancies it. Not a PPV fight but far better than most of the dross that usually resides on Sky's undercards.

Would have to be in the North West to be honest with Manchester being the obvious location, I think it sells big for tickets but not for ppv.

It is a shame because Not many people know who Jamie McDonnell is outside of the boxing hardcore which stops him from being a ppv star.

Maybe a fight with a Quigg would push McDonnell's profile, I like him a lot, I believe he is one of our best fighters at this moment in time.

Sky sports show headliner, or possibly chief support for a good PPV main event
