You both are wrong, purposely. 400-550k according to reports. Pacquiao is about to fight Timothy Bradley, two top P4P fighters, it shouldn't be anywhere near Algieri numbers. Lol no. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
I think for sure this is Pacquiao's last fight. Guy is running for senate, supposedly. From his own mouth, he's also not waiting for Mayweather at all. He'll retire after this fight. I've no reason to not believe him. He'll likely want to run for president after.
Aside from the fact it's lackluster, I feel like they haven't promoted it at all. Just two 15 minute segments on youtube (and HBO I presume), I've seen no TV spots, haven't seen a poster floating around, no news articles hyping this as Pacquiao's last fight, nothing. I forgot what day it was until it crept up on me.
LOL.. if youre looking at the map, the blue ones mean theres tickets available in that area it doesnt mean that all the blue sections are vacant.
This fight just asks one question: Is Timothy Bradley going to be able to finally beat a very faded Pacquiao? This doesn't ask anymore questions, but I suppose Pacquiao will have a few small brownie points for beating an elite welterweight despite being ancient.
Yeah, don't permit a B-level opponent to wear his choice of gloves and then get his stool pushed in. Yeah, drag a lightweight up and then don't even bother to honor the catchweight. Yeah, say that you fight opponents at their best weight class and then you drain a known fatty down to 152. Yeah, 5 years of finger pointing and ducking only to be discovered with a needle lodged in his arm for a nonexistent medical condition. Fraud Chemweather Junior is the most disgraceful athlete in the history of sports. OJ Simpon is classier than Fraud Chemweather. :deal
After the Maidana I fight, Stephen Espinoza announced that SHO would no longer reveal PPV buys, but they announced the Pacquiao-Mayweather numbers for damn sure. I mean, dude went out of his way to announce that they would no longer announce PPV numbers. :yep So yeah, you're not allowed to quote any PPV buys for Maidana I, II, and Berto. You are allowed to say that they were monumental duds, though. :deal
Duds by Floyd standards, two ways of looking at it. 1) failures because of Floyd's purse size Or 2) large PPV'S considering Maidana and Berto were the opponents. Remember, Golovkin only did 150k and he's supposed to be the next big thing. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
Sure, duds by Fluid standards, but making a formal announcement that you won't be hearing about the numbers is a massive indicator that the fights bombed terribly (I'm guessing Maidana I, II, and Berto were well below 400K).
And why tell me I can't quote numbers but not pacman or staminakills? Pulling numbers out of their asses lol Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
ya mannys star has fallen some.....but who cares....no point to argue whos more popular or does more numbers Floyd won...Floyd is the ppv king of the sport...richest....best on atg lists...its over
