What? Pac, in his prime, threw EVERYTHING AND THE KITCHEN SINK at Cotto and couldn't get him out of there. The TKO was a gift and for dramatic flair. Uh, Roidquez bulked up BIG TIME. He knocked Pacquiao down (couldn't do that in his prime) and then OUT. He knocked a 160+ pound Alvarado halfway across the ring. And then of course, the disgusting and gross chest acne and boils. Not juiced, huh?
By his reaction he looked done but he gave that cryptic politician look that it was really over. I think that was it for him though
So where has the one punch power that battered Cotto, Hatton and a few others gone? Vanished has it? Age? The last thing to go is power and Pacquiao hasn't knocked anybody out for 7 years. Strange that when Mayweather started banging on about blood tests Pacquiao's ridiculous power seemed to diminish. You see, We can all cast suspicion, make accusations but unless a fighter is caught we as fans have no proof, Marquez passed every test so for you to cast doubt on a great victory is disgusting.
If the last thing to go is power why does floyd never knock anyone out anymore? Pac should have had a TKO against margarito. Dude suffered an orbital bone fracture. Algieri should have been stopped. Knocked down bradley twice tonight.
Not really. I don't see how tonights version would have done any better against Floyd, frankly I was dissapointed by his punch output and he just coasted it large parts of the fight often trying to steal the rounds. Had it not been for the KD's the fight would have been pretty damn close on my card.
The problem here is that you're comparing Pacqiuaos opponents as if they're all the same. Rios, Margarito and Clottey are a far cry from Hatton, a shot DLH, and Diaz in terms of durability. To compare them is completely stupid. Even in regards to that Margarito should have been stopped.
I don't know OP where do you rank Bradely who did you pick,to win this fight ? I mean he did mange to drop Bradley twice Not bad for a guy xo ing off shoulder surgery
Pacquiao didn't look very good to me. He won the fight, but how far he's slipped since 2010, damn. Pacquiao of tonight would still lose to Mayweather on IVs.
