Is there actual evidence that Floyd used iv before pac fight

I thought it was released by Showtime's Stephen Espinoza to be 149.5 or something. That's what I thought. I could be wrong.

 

I think it was, now that you mention it, but I think Floyd himself said that. But I don't believe it. I think he was in the 150's.

This was fraud on a massively grand scale when you consider the money this fight generated for Mayweather., Mayweather promotions, Arum, Pacquio, showtime, hbo mgm grand, foreign ppv, Al Haymon and bookmakers not to mention to mention the massive economic revenue that this fight created. It is way outside the jurisdiction of the both corrupt usada and nsac and should have been overridden by a thorough investigation by the fbi. What we got here is Mayweather caught with a clearly against the rules iv then applying for a tue exemption 5 days after the fight and being granted it 19 days later with the nsac saying we don't like it but we will go along with it in total disregard of their own rules. Mayweather had low testosterone levels a refusal to go with vada and a refusal to agree with Pacquios $5,000,000 fine if either was caught roiding. People have served long prison sentences for fraud which equates to a fraction of the money involved here.

 

Typically cheaters when caught have been cheating much longer than the one time they were caught. How many TdF's did Lance Armstrong get stripped for? When Marion Jones was stripped, Alberto Contador was stripped, was it a one time thing? Nope they did it for as far back as they can plausible date the dopers corruption.

It's against the rules. End of story. He was "cleared" by the testing agency because they haven't the will the enforce their own rules. In fact, they willfully bend and break their rules for Mayweather, it seems.
According to their own rules, IV drips are not allowed, and IV drips would ONLY EVER be allowed to be used for severe dehydration in a serious and unusual medical emergency in a hospital environment.

To argue that Mayweather should be given a the****utic use exemption (TUE) for the IV would mean that he underwent a serious and severe medical emergency for dehydration the day before the fight.
In which case, the question needs to be posed why was he allowed to fight ? What caused such a severe dehydration ?
