Always felt bad for Pricey after his KO's. He steamrolled his first few opponents. You could argue he looked just as good as AJ has when coming up, but it's true that he doesn't have good punch resistance and that was demonstrated at the Olympics. Still, technically he's up there with the best in the heavyweight division IMO (although that's not saying much). Always favoured him to beat Fury when there was talk of the fight happening before Fury vacated the British title and essentially avoided fighting him!
I don't think it's just his chin, I'm sure somebody here once said "Price seems to have the stamina and lung capacity of an asthmatic hamster". Whoever you are I agree and tip my hat to you because that comment still makes smile That said, it still doesn't beat my favourite comment/post of all time. Khan and Brook fans were arguing and as usual Khan being a Muslim got brought in to the conversation, anyway I'm still not sure if it was a joke or not but the poster said something like... "Brook is a Muslim, he comes in to "Allah the lights". GOAT post
He got some bad luck and bad advice, and now he's probably mentally shot. He's got plenty of raw talent to have been a better heavyweight. Careful matchmaking could have made him a top 10 hw. He probably could have beat light hitting and or smaller hw's like Cunningham, Scott, Glazkov, maybe even Adamek while Adamek was spiraling downward. Could have gotten a gift belt like Martin.
