very kliturd of you to reflect that the wealth of the country is available to everyone in its country - every homeless person wasn't suffering nutritional deficiencies then in your fool opinion, yhes?
well done mate.

so while everyone will ignore your logic there, I would also like to point out that genetics from your grandparents and back play a part too. And Alis were slaves and descendants of their hardships. Malnutrition to them directly changes DNA of the offspring and beyond.

so now you are arguing that they would be smaller today, yeh? just to clarify?

Ha! You never disappoint Hturd. I hope you realize that from now on, I am always going to bring up the fact that in arguing with me, you brought up facts that supported my point. It's going to be legend from now on.

Also, notice that over half of polled persons think that Ali would have a much tougher time now? Since your main argument is that popular opinion should rule, looks like you lose yet again. Anyway, answers above, and yes, another fail from the Hturd!

Not sure why that gif is generating such laughs. It's made to look small in the gif, but anyone taller than another by 3 inches can tell you it is a huge difference. I'm just under 6'3, about the height of Ali, and I feel vastly larger than someone who's 6'0 even. And a lot smaller than someone who's 6'6. It makes a huge impact in sports as well. We all saw how Wlad struggled against the first great boxer he faced who was more than 2 inches taller than him (some would say less than 2 inches, I'd say about 2.5).

Yeah, I'm totally with you on this. Ali looked more fit when he weighted in at 201 pounds in his prime: http://boxrec.com/media/index.php?title=Fight:22879

But he were naturally bigger than Haye and Haye weighted in at 227 pounds in his latest perforamce: http://boxrec.com/media/index.php?title=Fight:2027103

So I think Ali could weight 230 pounds if he were around today and trained like Joshua or Haye.

But it still wouldn't be enough against the SHW's nevertheless...

But a top 10-15 contender? Yeah, why not!

I'm a shade under 6 feet (182+ cm). My little brother is just over 6''3' (192+ cm) and new to the sport. I'm middle weight he's heavyweight, and the difference is so hard to come around.

First mounths I could box him, using angles and so on. But now, I must execute the tehniques to 100% to take advantage of it. Even if I caught him off guard, just the share size of him - even out of balance - could knock away what would have been a nice counter - against some one lighter.

:good

In his prime Ali was unbeatable.

ALi's in my top 3 heavyweights, along with Joe Louis & Jack Johnson.

If I were to pick one... it would be Johnson, in his era he was unbeatable, and boxing was much rougher then.

;)

Ah! I hit in the spot, look at you, insulting and ignoring the points.

So, to make things clear, are you claiming Ali was a hobo?

Don't worry you don't have to admit you didn't pay attention at school, that much is clear from your understanding of genetics

And i'm sorry but saying that everybody will ignore my logic won't make it real ;)
Because my posts are backed by coherent arguments and logics, unlike yours that are full of contraddictions, it's easy to see

Last point was very clear to understand, but since school apparently wasn't your interest, let's make it clearer: Ali wouldn't have been bigger today with steroids

where have I said this? fool for pretending I did, mate.

What YOU did say is that ali was wellfed BASED on America being wealthy. You created a correlation between wealth of the nation and an individual, and pretended it was the truth for all- and now you are running from that lie. Don't run TOO far from it, you have been quoted saying it and its too late to edit it now.

I'm 2 months shy of a full doctorate in medicine. The genetics I spoke isn't taught in schools. Thats all I need to say, you failed yourself too hard with that last comment.

shame you do, since you wont answer a point made against you.

your poll choices are skewed 3 to 1 against ali....Maths not your strong point?

its close to half half, even without allowing for the kliturd clubs early entries.

3 says he'd do nearly as good, so its 3:1 Everyone can see what you wrote, so why you lying? I don't think you can edit now mate to cover your lie.

Ali at his peak is a handful for any HW who's ever lived.

He had speed, skills, reflexes, heart, courage, he was a good size, and he had that supreme confidence that gave him a psychological advantage over lots of his opponents.

It's absolutely laughable to suggest he wouldn't have been able to have beaten SHW's.

It's even more laughable to suggest that he couldn't have competed against the best HW's of today.
