the spence fight wont be happening till Q1 2017 if errol and Haymon go down the IBF route.

spence still needs to fight his final eliminator which wont be tlll say august/september.

IBF will then call the mandatory so you are looking at Q1 2017 or maybe winter 2016.

Haymon isnt gonna make kell an offer before then. They will be perfectly happy to wait till they are mandatory challenger. Also I wouldnt be surprised if they skip the IBF route and go another path.

Well I don't believe eddie hearn would lie about about conversations with HBO and Roc Nation. Why would he jeopardise any future business dealings with them by claiming they are liars.

Hard to believe Brook would duck Cotto given that it's a HUGE payday for him, and given that Cotto is faded enough that Brook has a good chance to win.

 

True that!!! Cotto would be a very tough but winable fight for brook. Plus if he wins he would be a name in america. I do believe hearn when he says they would walk to new York for that fight. Why wouldn't they take it. If the khan fight can't be made, then this would surely be there next best option

 

More proof of Brook being a duck artist. Why on earth would you reject a Cotto fight? Cotto looked amazing against Canelo and had a great shout for a draw, with size difference being the only difference in that fight.
