FURY press conference.. Classic

  1. I did not start this thread, which you have destroyed with your stupidity.

I did not bottle out, I thought better of it because I don't need to prove myself to a bunch of faceless individuals who believe online bets are some sort of blood oath declaration of one's soul.

Like I said to you before, I'm over this, it's YOU that is upset, it's you that keeps following and repeating the same sentences and it's YOU that needs psychiatric help. In fact I'd send you money if that's what you needed to pay for because it will mean you will stop polluting this forum with your multitude of alts and compulsive repeitition of words.

Lying about lying about lying. You're not fooling anyone with this web of lies, just digging yourself a deeper grave.

The fight was legit; Martin got banged, didn't beat the count, because he's a terrible boxer.

The reason why you're getting so much vitriol is because welching is essentially a form of theft. When you bet £800 at even money, then in theory (I know Martin wasn't anywhere near an even money shot) you're going to collect £800 50% of the time. So you basically tried to steal £400 in equity, but because Martin's odds were about 4/1 (20%) you only stole £160 in equity.

Do you see how this makes you a

Sorry the Queen's birthday, but you get the drift...

Which is basically that it's open season on Tom. :party

  6. Ok Shana, you little B*tch, why don't you report me to the cops or the internet police if you think it's theft?

Gambling debts like this aren't enforceable by law. I'm sure you knew this already though.

Please do carry on telling us about your life of luxury. I'm guessing a high roller like yourself has a wardrobe full of Gucci and Dolce Gabbana suits..

  8. Is that why this guy was able to take his case to the high court to sue Euro bet after he won 650,000 on their machine to which eurobet claimed was bugged which resulted in the bet being null and void.

Gambling debts between people boil down to one mans word against another (although the proof is clear as day, written in these threads). It's a matter of integrity, and the law simply don't concern itself with such convoluted and subjective matters.

It also depends on the jurisdiction, but when gambling companies in the uk are involved and there's a large sum of money being disputed (enough to justify the expensive court proceedings) then legal proceedings can occur if a party files a civil suit.

In the link you posted it was a technical matter and a relatively large amount of money was at stake, however it's unlikely the claimant was successful in that case due to the TOS.

All this is irrelevant to your situation. I've seen your type many times over the years and it's always the same bs; deny, deflect, redirect, then rinse and repeat.

You're not as smart as you think, and imo have very low emotional intelligence.

Is there something wrong with your reading ability? It clearly stated YOU - yes YOU - started the other thread, you know, the 'fan boys better have my money' thread you're similarly humiliating yourself on NOT this one.

If you didn't keep trying to lie your way out of this embarrassing mess you've got yourself in to then I wouldn't have to keep calling you out on your BS. Just admit you never had any intention of paying out on a silly bet you made online when you lost.

The mental gymnastics you're doing right now can't be easy, accusing people of having multiple alts, needing psychiatric help, being jealous down and outs and the like just so you can justify the fact you weaselled out of a bet you wouldn't stop banging on about - fanboys better have your money right? - can't be worth it. So here's some advice for you totally free of charge. GET. A. ****ING. GRIP.

  12. What do you want from me?? Tell me what's it gonna take for you stop banging on about this void bet? You need some money, huh? is that what this is all about?

You tell me how much you need and what's it's for, and if it's for a legitimate cause, then we can maybe sort something out for you, how about that?

Because I got to be honest with , I'm getting tired of going round in circles talking about the same bs.

I was glad to see you realise that mocking people for earning less is a pretty nasty thing to do on that other thread. That's a positive step. It wasn't the welching so much that bothered me - although I like to be considered a man of my word so personally wouldn't have carried myself that way - but rather your disdain for the working man.

I certainly don't want any money from you as you'll have probably now realised from the PM I sent you earlier. If you want to do something nice though feel free to donate some money - perhaps donate the value of your bets to a charity of your choice. I'm sure the posters you made your wager with would be happy with that. Everybody wins.
