Do you mix it up... or are you set in a specific "style" ???

    I tend to be more of a counter puncher, wouldn't say I cut the ring off or box overly aggressive or off the front foot alot but try to hold centre of the ring as much as possible.

    As far as examples go for fighters who could/can do both effectively Holyfield and Hopkins are a good shout imo.

    Thanks. I am working on this every time I get the opportunity to spar.

    It takes the ability to breath, calm down and work with your partner to do this I notice though.

    As a beginner, I need to do my best to not get into "panic mode"... freeze up and then get stiff.

    "stay loose and breath" as in what my Coaches tell me...

    Cool ^ I like this. Sound principles and advice.
    Kinda reminds me of the Bruce Lee way of thinking hehe.
