    Look, what can I say? On this exact day a year ago, millions upon millions of individuals witnessed the end of a rivalry, and in extension - The end of an Era. In the 6 years preceding said fight, we've seen much back and forth between the fanbases of both fighters. Lots of trash talking, lots of taunting, lots of banter, lots of disgusting rhetoric slung back and forth. It was quite childish to say the very least, very childish. Extremely childish.

    Many of you believed that this thread was nothing more than me taunting Pacquiao fans or whatnot. But it really wasn't. I'm going to be a better man today, a better man. Let's try and really discuss the fight with class, let's try and be better men for once.

    Blame was thrown in every which way as to why the fight was delayed.

    We've seen Floyd's team pin it on Manny and we've seen Manny's team pin it on Floyd.

    Etc etc.

    Nobody thought the fight would ever get made, nobody.

    But when the fight was finally announced, everyone's mouths were opened. We couldn't believe it. It was finally going to happen...

    But all we got was a boring fight, with Floyd Mayweather winning a unanimous decision in the eyes of the judges and most people in the world. Very non-aesthetically pleasing to watch, no drama, no real action, nothing.

    This thread's real purpose is to celebrate the end of an era. Two H.O.F fighters finally got it on in the ring and we finally got to see who was the better fighter. Nothing more.

    Aw. It's really been a year. A year since the two best fighters in the world had the chance to bring boxing back to the forefront and instead killed it even more. Happy anniversary...

    The fight in which the larger guy who also cheated with IV/likely some form of PEDs ran around backwards and hugged the injured fighter 4+ times each round :clap:

    It was a close fight (i.e. neither did anything) but the boxing fans and potential fans all lost that night.

    Excellent thread my friend may 2nd 2015 aka "Easy Work" Pac****s and pbf haters are still bitter and still losing sleep one year later. Time doesn't ease the pain you would think the fight just happened yesterday. Pbf made easy work of their savior proving he is the best fighter of the era. In fact I hope this win haunts these fools to their grave. Pbf UD #48 then now and forever let that sink in.
