Floyd is held to different standards, and most of haters don't want to see how great Floyd truly is.they want him lose and lose badly.

If Floyd fight GGG,or Martinez earlier at 160pounds.there would be excuses flying around.and those same people would start demanding Floyd more.

Face it we don't want somebody to retire undefeated in this sport.

And Floyd has one big problem.he is not a hard puncher,Duran etc.. still had solid power when moved up multiple weighclasses.

Floyd was not a KO artist even in his prime at 130-135 pounds.those big boys with good footwork GGG,Martinez would run trough Floyd punches.

Yes it would be cool to see Floyd "challenging" himself against GGG.but at this age,i think everybody knows the result.Floyd included.

With Floyd pillow hands,it's absolutely amazing,he competed at 154pounds.

Ability-wise, Floyd is probably top 10 all time.

    Welcome to reality.

Floyd only fights robotic plodders. He ducked all the slick masters in his weight classes, like Paul Williams, Sergio Martinez, and Erislandy Lara. He also ducked Antonio Margarito and prime Miguel Cotto, because they were too relentless. Floyd doesn't like relentless fighters, like Castillo who beat him in their first fight.

Floyd is now talking about coming back, but has already said that he doesn't want the winner of Thurman vs Porter. We know why: Thurman is too fast and slick, whereas Porter is too relentless.

Dave Moretti may not be the voice of definitive truth.

You're a blithering idiot. You attack him for allegedly only fighting robotic plodders, then say he should've fought Margarito who is the epitome of robotic plodding fighters:lol:

Paul Williams was never a slick master.

That's the way these PBF haters are. Fights only robotic plodders but then they accuse him of ducking Margo and claim Margo beats him. Hilarious these guys are.

That poster knows nothing about boxing. Anyone who got hit as much as Williams did is no where close to being slick. Williams was a very high volume pressure fighter.

He doesn't fight relentless fighters? You mean like Hatton and Maidana?

And on what planet was Paul Williams a slick master?

Thirdly, even this version of Floyd would shut Thurman out.
