Who do you have as the best welterweight, right now, ability-wise.

    Ignoring resumes.

I have Brook, but then I haven't seen enough of Spence and am a Brit...

If Pacquiao is active then it's Pacquiao EASY. He just put on a great performance against a prime Tim Bradley AGAIN after coming off a shoulder injury, a loss, and a 10 month layoff. I mean...??

Bradley isn't on the list and Amir Khan is no longer a Welterweight

Pacquaio whilst no where near the force he once was is still numero uno.

Brook, Bradley, Thurman and Spence jockey for 2.3.4.5th place.

Just now - I am not sure, maybe Pacquiao. But untill 2018 - Spence (of course, if he is healthy).

It was Pacquiao, but with him supposedly retired, it's Bradley, but Bradley might be slippin by now. My gut tells me it's definitely Spence, he impressed with his destruction of Algeri. He's a beast, looks more like a jr middleweight to me.

I just ripped the top 6 names off boxrec, added Spence. Even boxrec still thinks Khan's a welter

I don't think there is a stand out, probably a few on roughly the same level.

It's Pac until he retired, then it's probably Brook or Bradley.

I think Spence and Brook stand above the rest but Spence probably takes it.
