Obviously most bantams will be walking around at a solid 9 stone 6 (60kg) but Jamie Mcdonnell looks ****ing huge right now. I saw a pic of him with Ryan Burnett on instagram and I reckon he is at least ten stone 2 ripped. At 5ft 10 he can't be making Bantamweight for much longer surely, he has been doing it since he was 22. In my opinion he should move up and box Quigg, I'd pick Mcdonnell to outbox him.
Not sure if srs? link to pic? This is from his own Instagram 1 week ago looking crazy skinny https://www.instagram.com/p/BEdu_fWRb01/
Throw a t shirt on him and he would look just as skinny, He has a very small bone structure so it doesn't take much muscle to make him look big shirtless with a low body fat, This is ideal for a boxer as a small bone structure vs a large bone structure for the same height can equate to as much of a 10-15lb difference hense why you see fighters the same height and weight with totally different amount of muscle mass.
Your prob a big dude tho, I'm looking at it from a small man's perspective I suppose. You have to agree he is a big Bantamweight tho, look at him compared to Paul Butler when he boxed Study Hall mate.
I think he naturally puts on a lot of weight between fights. Coldwell posted on twitter after the 2nd Kameda fight saying he would refuse to train Jamie again if he came back as big as he had done for that Kameda camp.
No 5ft 7 and current weight is 130lbs. Heaviest I have been was 12 stone once lol, however getting back in shape now.
Luke Campbell is the classic example of a Bantam weight moving up and looking right at the higher weight Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
