This looked like a cash out fight beforehand and looks more and more like it now. As I see it, looking down the weight classes, at 147 the only top guy he might not lose by KO to is Bradley and that's only because Bradley lacks power. Maybe a fight with an ageing Cotto. Maybe drag up Adrien Broner to 147 again. Outwith that, it's hard to see many fights that look positive for Khan at the elite level.
Khan said he will move back to 147, Kell Brook. Brooks already tweeted just after the KO saying "all British showdown".
I'd pick him to beat Vargas, Bradley and Porter. Brook, Thurman, and Spence are TOUGH fights for him, but he can win those fights. He needs to go back down to 147 and establish himself, he still has a lot left in the tank.
He has a lot more marketing power and monetary clout now and can force fights to be extra lucrative for guys that normally saw him as high risk and low reward Possible big money fights Garcia Rematch at 147 Pac/Cotto/Marquez Brook
khan is no 1 mandatory for danny garcia he will fight him kell brook needs to step up and face some moving bodies. if im khan i wouldn't give him the pay day notice how brook is asking for khan AGAIN. khan is the one headlining in vegas and taking the risks. he made good money brook needs khan, khan doesn't need brook
Khan is the mandatory for Danny Garcia. He should exercise that and then take on Brook (who hopefully successfully takes on his mando - Errol Spence) and have a english super fight. Khan is in a good position if he wants to step into the fire again right away.
Retirement. Dude is finished and after 4 to 5 rounds his punches become less effective and his speed wears down. He is a sitting target for Brook who has the power to KO amir. He's made more money than a lot of boxers and should retire with his health intact, these mounting KOs can have a long term effect on the brain. He was won two world titles and should be content with what he achieved.
Utterly pathetic tweet from Kell. Who the f calls out a boxer after they've just been KO'd cold? Zero class. On a day when Tyson Fury cut his training camp to support a former foe in Chisora in a different country. And people say Fury has no class.
Doesnt he need to fight on? I thought he was supporting half of ****stan with his earnings, oh and his family here...like the brother who just gave up on boxing because he could be ****d any longer
He should retire 140 pounds 2011 at 25 years old was his prime Fighting Bradley in mid 2011 to unify the division was what the peak/highlight of his career should of been however Bradley's career moves resulted in that fight not taking place and the rest if history.
Khan is an arrogant SOB so meh. Khan is one KO away from retirement imo. I doubt he'll even fight Brook.
Fury gets criticized by the Marxist puppet press, because he is white and that is a crime according to them, and because he dares to stand up to their ridiculous views. Brook gets a pass because he is not white. Thats the racism of the Marxist puppet press for you. :deal
