the judges had canelo up at the time of the stoppage.

Oscar De La Hoya at it again. Nobody beats Canelo clean.

yeah crazy, I think it is virtually impossible to score the fight (up to the 6th round) any different from either 4-1 or 3-2 for Khan. In the first rounds Khan was setting the pace, controlling the fight with his jab and landed the cleaner, easily visible punches and combinations. Don't get me wrong from round 4 on you could see that Alvarez finds himself, getting better and better into the fight but the judge giving Alvarez 4 of the first 5 rounds should never be allowed to judge a fight again.

I had it 3-2 for khan. but the 4th could have went to khan too. Khan won the first 3 rounds pretty easy.

This is not incompetence. Trowbridge and Feldman are straight out cheats and should be banished.

Feldman usually scores for the pure boxer. Trowbridge has some explaining to do. His cards are usually spot on. So when something like this happens its hard to think he got it wrong.

I had it 3-2 for Canelo. first 4 rounds were somewhat competitive with Kahn looking like the better boxer moving around and connecting with some pitty pats while Canelo looked slower but kept coming forward and connecting the better punches.

I have no problems with anyone scoring the first 4 rounds for Kahn based on the
your scoring preferences. Some people like to score for the boxer while others like to score for the fighter pushing the fight and connecting with power punches.

My guess is though, that most of the 4-0 scorecards were purely biased from Canelo haters.

And that is the reason I love KO's.

Kahn might have swept the first 3 but, like in the Lara fight, Canelo started connecting with some good shots by then and Kahn started feeling the effects. It started to show from round 4 onward.

the bigger name often gets undeserved decisions. lets face it, no sport is on the up and up. some are just more crooked than others.

I didn't watch the fight but I was getting a round by round feed from ESPN and the people scoring the fight had it either 4-1 Khan or 3-2 Khan so it appears to be an outrage someone like Trowbridge had it 4-1 Alvarez. They ought to have a live feed from the viewing audience that is posted as the fight unfolds to discourage judges from doing this. Audience pressure.
