Can/will we get the fight we want between these two domestic, even local rivals?...and if so who y'all got?

I think it can happen. Will it? No idea. It's 50/50 imo but i'd lean towards Crolla.

Said on a previous thread, I think the key to getting it made is a bit of contract breaching. Crolla-Flanagan deserves to be a massive fight and it's only going to massive if it's on Sky/with Matchroom.

If I was Hearn, I'd be looking to factor 'buying Flanagan out of his contract with Frank' into my next big fight budget. He'd make that back if he got the fight to PPV status...which I wouldn't be too miffed about in this instance.

Jezus..Flangan- Crolla PPV?! Fcuk me fast Eddie has done some serious brainwashing for anybody to think this would be PPV. The numbers would be poor - sky hype or not. Eddie is not going to pay Crolla £500 and Turbe £500k each as FW has offered Anthony..so when he tries to negotiate with Crolla he will rightly ask the question- it's not happening.

I like both kids but Terry Turbo would stand Crolla on his head.

Agree to disagree on this one. Manchester vs Manchester, two legit world champions in a unifier, sell-out crowd in Manchester - everyone else watches it on TV. I can't see how that wouldn't sell and sell well.

Isn't Crolla United and Flanagan City too? I can already see Wayne Rooney's bicycle kick being used in HD montages. Sky love a montage.

If Quigg-Frampton can be PPV, this certainly can. I have no issue paying for a unifier...it's AJ vs Coke Can with Diet Coke cans on the undercard that get my goat.

As for the fight, if you're only as good as your last fight...I slightly favour Crolla. I really like Turbo, but I think you've got to be putting fighters like Matthews away inside 12 if you're a proper world operator.

Hearn was quick to pour scorn on that fight straight after Crolla's win on Saturday. But if it happens, Crolla wins a wide UD. Don't rate Flanagan to be honest.

Mathews beat and drew against Crolla...and no I don't think Anthony is a better fighter now.
The Frampton - Quigg PPV no's where widely rumoured to be shocking - and that fight was about 3 or 4 years in the making. Neither Crolla or Flangan are massive ticket sellers and any talk of a stadium fight is ridiculous it would have to be the men. look it's a great fight but it's not going to happen and with AJs PPVs every months the general public will not make it pay enough to for it to be PPV feasible in my opinion.

yea I will go along with this. Not in a million years would Crolla fight on Boxnation now. Would Terry fight on a Sky show yea I think he would

I do rate Crolla and also rate Turbo but under the pressure in a domestic dust up Manc vs Manc who would keep there nerve. Look at the Frampton vs Quigg fight pressure got to both of them. I wouldnt say Crolla vs Turbo is a ppv. Crolla VS Linares with a undercard like May 2015 is a green light

Not sure if it will happen but it's a very good fight. I'm leaning towards Crolla tbh.

Possibly, but never underestimate the gullibility of the general public. They sold Bellew-Cleverley, two guys who are European level at best, as some kind of PPV megafight and people bought it. If this happens they'll market it as United v City for the world title and hundreds of thousands of p***ed up football idiots who know nothing about boxing whatsoever will buy it as though it was the Champions League final!!!

No major advantage to either side - Crolla is probably very sightly better but Flanagan is fit and tough. If it happens what 'strategy' will Joe G hatch for Ant? Flanagan is the wrong guy to have an 'off-night' against.

Good matchup, but Flanagan edges it for me.

***** blood pressure off the scale again lol. Bit of insight on the terms only thing I would add is if Hearn backs Crolla ***** backs Turbo to win do a 60/40 to the winner.

Poor Barney the letters he must get from ***** injuction has to happen

choked on my breakfast Khan vs Skeetes end of video.
