What it needs is an International Boxing Commission to unify rules. The corruption starts at the State Commission level & filters on down
Certain fighters are allowed to make up there own rules, blatantly cheat while the commission backs them up, they can defend their titles at any catchweight they likeatsch Its on a par with the WWE these days
