Why didn't Povetkin mask Meldronium with IV Fluids?

Of course, when you mix a needle and a natural fluid (saline) it mixes and makes one into some unstoppable machine. Every fighter should jack up with saline, it's not even substances, it's only a natural substance.

It'll never be banned, how are all these pro athlete's getting busted roiding wheb the strongest of them all is a natural substance that transforms into a lethal ped once passed through any iv needle. Wonder how much more potent one can make it if they used a larger ml needle.
