Umm no, he does cut it at world level as shown in his victories against Maidana, Judah, Alexander and Kotelnik. Those guys are all world class fighters and most likely ranked top 5 in their weight categories when he beat them, and if not, then top 10 for sure. That is world level. He is not good enough to beat P4P talents? Well, no - but losing to someone like Canelo two weight categories above your own is not an embarassment.

How many other active UK fighters have that many victories over top 10 opponents?

    Good points :good

I think I jumped on the word "war" rather heavy

yeah you are right, like you said he gets greedy with his combinations and his feet go static and he squares up, a good example of that is Garcia.

Old and shot Judah, Alexander just lost to a journeyman, Kotelnik wasn't that good in the first place.

Khan has one good win, Maidana, and has 4 losses. That's hardly cutting it on world level. He was a just above British level fighter who had a lot of push because of the olympics.

He's not top 10 in his own weight class, not a top 10 British fighter, and he never been the champion in any division he's been in holding only a trinket belt in one of now FOUR divisions he has fought in.

Tell you what sums up Khn, when fighting Garcia he had been knocked down then was tapping his chin taunting Garcia, a. only a prat taunts a fighter and b. only a complete c*ck taunts someone after just being knocked down and gets KO'd a minute later. Horrible guy and sh*t fighter. Anyone who comes up with he's had some good wins hasn't got a clue about boxing and certainly never boxed themselves.

Don't forget ancient Barrera, and Malignaggi, who's lost every time he's stepped up.

Apparently Khan said is making a huge announcement next week, what this announcement is I have no idea.

An opponent? A new sponsorship deal with autoglass?

Probably something to do with his trainer. For some reason, whenever I see Amir khan he is talking about his trainer. I just associate him now with always banging on about my trainer this and my trainer that. I think he thinks about his trainer too much.

So beating Maidana, Alexander and a good Malignaggi doesn't make him proven at world level? Get the **** outta here
