Im just not ready to blame Canelo. I see this as a blame for both ggg and saul.

I see this as karma tbh. That man tried to drain Mr. SOG. Saul will probably move onto bigger and better things now.

I want the fight but i cant exactly blame Canelo. Ggg probably wanted too much cake. Should be 80 20 at the least

I would blame Golovkin (partially) for the delay, since he accepted. But I won't blame him for the fight not happening.

GGG wanted what was guaranteed to him by the WBC. He's mandatory. Is that asking for too much?

There is no one bigger and better than GGG at 160. None. He is the biggest name with 3 belts and HBO backing. Canelo is without a belt, with angry fans and no names left to drag up or down to 155.

He will drag up other welterweights then. Margarito is possible...

So draining a guy is meeting halfway between 160-168? Oh nevermind. You mean draining like how Ward had Dawson come down to 168 from 175. Got it.

Can you GGG haters type 1 post without mentioning Ward?

Yeah, that greedy ass ******* GGG. Mandatory challenger to the WBC MW belt, rules built to fight at 160lb. Probably didn't give two ****s about the money. Team Canelo wanted to break rules and fight at a lower limit. And seriously, let's leave Ol' Andre "Gimme Ma Tuneups" Ward out of this. He didn't want that action, so he's in Limbo Land, with his own unique catchweight plans.

Is it not about avoiding a purse bid? Ggg has no guaranteed minimum percentage now.

Exactly! Wanted Ward at 164 but refuses to fight the A side at 155. He wants everything his way as if he's already achieved greatness taken risks or the draw he hasn't.

And who gives a **** about what they make?? you don't get a cut. GGG was making like $18K as recently as 5 years ago, so I don't think he cares as much as others in terms of his earning power, as he's making enough and dominating his division. People act like he's a failure living on government assistance with his average 2-4 million per year.

Belts are irrelevant at this point. Canelo is the bigger draw you're a fool if you think otherwise. GGG needs Canelo he will not do big number with anyone at 160 period and HBO will get sick of it. Canelo on the other hand will still do big numbers with or without GGG and he has more options. GGG will fight another no-hoper no name fighter and think he's done something that's been the story of his career.
