Why on earth has it been pulled? Despite the Povetkin disappointment, this is still a terrific show. They are always going on about how they love these "crazy Russian shows" - baffling!
Not sure if it is true or not, but someone on the general forum said that the promoter was still charging full price for the overseas rights despite losing the Wilder v Povetkin fight so everyone said no thanks. Apparently it is only being shown in Russia now.

The difference is the roof blowing off would have a major impact on me. The Wilder fight being off has no impact to them whatsoever. There won't be a single person in this country who signs up on the day because of that card had the fight still been on. Even more so, they should be offering both cards. They're a boxing channel, it's their job to show fights.
I agree with this. If the Wilder fight was on we wouldn't have got the American card even though they are at different times. They should have been showing both - although I understand why they are now not showing the russian card.

Are Showtime in the states still showing the rest of the card? I Think the answer is no. The Russian promoter is taking the **** still charging the same intl rights fees even though the big fight is off and u know it. I hear the card is only being shown in ruskie now
