I'll wager my entire life savings that Briggs puts up more if a fight than Hayes last two opponents. The problem is that Briggs will gas out after 3 rounds & become easy pickings for Haye until he knocks him out in the mid to late rounds.

He is now starting his new job today standing next to a road impersonating a bus stop.

There's a chance both are shot but one probably has brain damage. So, no, Briggs doesn't have much of a chance unless he gets through the first two rounds. Then, ya never know

Briggs will gas before the first round is over, he was starting to slow down last night before the stoppage against a can. Haye stops Briggs in 2 rounds (at the latest).

I don't want to see this fight at all. Briggs has been a bit of fun but it will get ugly quickly when he is destroyed. A lot of people like Briggs but he is headed for a humiliating defeat, he is obviously going for the fight but in reality no one should be giving him the time of day, its a bit of fun. but good ole Haye is there....

Its all fake nonsense, firstly Briggs giving Haye lots of abuse while fighting on his card, would you bite the hand that feeds you? No, its all hype building in its worst form, and with Briggs screaming 'let's go champ' every 10 seconds, i can only assume the brain scan he had was performed by Dr. Julius M. Hibbert from the Simpsons.

Think briggs is tremendous. Mental but a good laugh tho. I d rather see him build a foremann type career and stay away from haye for now.

I know the opponent last nite was useless but briggs isnt actually as far gone as first thought.

Massive underdog against haye but he should not be completely written off. Say what you want He can still punch...thats for sure.

People writing him off as a totally washed up fighter because it makes sense...44 years old completely battered by klitchko etc but He d still beat a lot of them out there today.

I actually like what hayes doing atm. Its not really a serious comeback so far...but the whole dave thing. Unknown fighters. Laid back formats shannon briggs etc not too bad for me so far.

Rather than that haye going straight in with joshua fury ppv. Serious trash talking etc. Its not as bad as made out. Keep him active on dave and lets build it up. Loads of old fighters could have a decent second career but they end up ruining it before getting started chasing the money too quickly.

Not that hes much choice right enough.

He has more of a chance than that civilian who Haye blew out the other night. He could make it lively for 3 rds. Both their fights were blatant mismatches, I watched them for nothing, after the Wlad farce I would not pay to see Haye ever again he is a self delusional con artist.

    He has no chance.

Haye will be cracking his fists off that massive skull of Briggs constantly.
