Got to say this guy is really growing on me. A few of us paid our respects on here to him last time out in cardle 2. He boxed great last night especially when you consider he only laced a glove up for the first time some five yrs ago. His attitude is brilliant i was nearly crying for him after the little speech he gave after the fight. I hope they (hearn) makes cardle 3 id love to see dodd mash scotty up
He knows his level as well, that belt was like a world title to him. I can see hearn putting him in with crolla in the near future because he's a big ticket seller and all parties will be happy with that fight.
Top bloke, hope the third Cardle fight happens as he deserves it and he is definitely improving as a fighter, best of luck to him, its great to see boxing and small titles meaning so much to someone as they are meaningless to so many.
Good call that one. Id be happy with that fight. Simply because masher has a top attitude and hes very likable.
Cardle has to got to fight hooper his mandatory next. Wudnt b surprised if he beats hooper then drops the title to move on avoiding the 3 Rd fight.
Became a fan of Masher after the Buckland fight and I'm not even close to being British. Never seen a fighter with such a big heart that's well aware of his abilities. Such a nice lad that never complained even though he was robbed against Cardle. What a joy it was to see him crying tears of joy after his win against the Italian. Well deserved! I guess I'll definitely fly over to Britain to see Masher's next fight. Whether it'll be a big one or not.:good
