Margo has been at WW for atleast 7 years and just won his first real belt there against a man that was beaten before he left the dresssing room. He's been there so long and never beaten or faced the man in the division that says a lot about him.

Regardless of what you might think Carlos Baldomir was the champ at 147 period. PBF fought him because like in every divison he's been in he's gone after the man. He did it at 130 with Hernandez, he did it at 135 with JLC, he did it at 147 with Zab but he lost to Baldo and Baldo became the man. The only divison he hasn't done it in has been 140 only because Hatton turned him down and at 154 because there was no champ there. PBF has a good track record of seeking out the man of each divison he has been in and taking their championship.
