well it validates how many people think the same thing so it gives more leverage to an argument bc if the result its a landslide like in this one it makes u question why are so many people thinking the same way there must be a reason???

Cool. So if I start a poll on whether or not you're a troll and whether or not you should be banned and it comes out yes, will this same reasoning hold true?

I used to think that, until he fought Kessler, as it stands now Floyd is doing more cherrypicking than anyone else.

You have a good point there on Calzaghe :yep, but the reason we say Floyd is cherrypicking should be really obvious, and no it's not because he isn't fighting Cotto.

this post is just another thread with the goal of trying to discredit Floyd. Joe Calzaghe was had like 20 fights between winning the title and fighting Lacy. Can anyone name any of those guys? Hatton was 39-0 prior to fighting Kostya Tszyu. Can we name any of those guys? There are a lot of cherrypickers in this generation, Floyd is not the biggest. He just has the biggest name. This is a boxing forum! Talk boxing, please. I hate it when people post on this site stupid things like this with all the childish name-calling. We're all adults here. Well maybe not.

    Cotto.......

    -Fought a shot Cesar Bazan
-Fought Carlos Maussa when he was a nobody and nobody suspected that Maussa would eventually beat Vivian Harris (big upset). Anyway, Hatton beat Maussa.
-Fought Ricardo Torres and Paul Malignaggi when both were not Top10 fighters. In fact, they became Top10 fighters because they gave a good fight.
-Fought Corley, who was already a Floyd and Judah leftover.
-Fought Mohammad Abdullaev, who had 16 fights.
-Fought Carlos Quitana when Quitana was not even in the Top10 and nobody suspected that he would become a beltholder.
-Fought a 37 year old Oktay Urkal.
-Fought a past his prime Zab Judah...who was a Mayweather leftover and also had been inactive.
-Fought 36 year old Shane Mosley. Not a prime Mosley.
-Fought Alfonzo Gomez, who had 20 fights and wasn't even a contender. Just well-known because of a TV show. That is the essence of cherry picking.

Proof that you can do that with any fighter's record and prove that they were a cherrypicker, which also proves how pointless this thread is.
