    I can imagine that to be true, the thing is with come forward fighters is they can be made to look bad in sparring as there style relies on put 100 percent into everything to be effective.

    That didn't happen Glen's **** fainted when Tyson came to fight in the UK..Was also offered to fight Tyson after his claims. Sparring stories are what they say stories

    I honestly believe that Cox did drop Degale in the gym though, and I am a chunky fan.

    In the run up to the Klitchko fight apparently Dereck Chisora made a real mess of Yalda Kontratchy and smashed them all around the ring.

    Whilst out of shape I sparred someone naturally much heavier than me with a fairly large reach and height advantage who had national finals level amatuer experience. After being slowly pawed at for a while I threw a big right over the top and scored a flash knockdown.

    My sparring partner then got really ****ed off and essentially hounded me round the ring for a couple of minutes whilst I did my best Lara impression and ran around trying not to take any particularly big blows. The head trainer quickly called it off. It was prob the most uncomfortable two minutes of my life.

    What it shows is that sparring can be misleading. Technically I dropped someone three weights above me but that's a very limited part of the story.
