In what way are they similar? Lomachenko is a defensive wizard on the inside, more aggression, power and all round boxing skills. I don't really see any similarities.

Lomochenko is the greatest talent I've ever seen.

He indeed has some Mayweather-esque defensive moves, the way he attacks resembles Pacquaio, the way he gets in and outside like Roy Jones, the way he uses his shoulders on the inside like James Toney. Really, really impressive.

I don't think they're that similar myself to be honest. Floyd's lankier and fights more off counters/outside, Loma's more of an offensive fighter who puts pressure on but with skill.

Now he just has to learn to duck the most dangerous champions in his division, and he'll be just like Floyd.

    S-class talent.

Loma is hard to classify, but he reminds me of a blend of PBF and Calzaghe. Someone on the classic forum mentioned a bit of Meldrick Taylor in there in place of some of the Calzaghe, and I could see that, too. Even a little Sweet Pea with his upper body movement in the pocket and the way to make people miss while staying in range.

Regardless of what mix of fighters you want to put in the recipe, the end result is a rare combination of skill and talent.

Never compare Calslappy to Lomachenko again. They are now and will always be MILES apart.

Their styles are not similar, their achievements are not similar.
