Breazeale is better than you give him credit for.

You're pretty much stating the obvious, Breazeale has the power to stop Joshua and probably Fury and Wilder ,not really an insight nobody has seen.

Also I don't think Klitschko would have recovered against Whyte, when Klit gets hurt he stays hurt.

I agree that Brazeale is being overlooked, and that there are so many questions about the fighters,

But you've made comparisons of Joshua to Wlad, Tyson and Lewis.

3 top 10 ATG, and 2 locks for top 5 in Lewis and Wlad.

    Gotta clock you on that.

Wlad WAS probably the most gifted offensive fighter to ever lace em up.
Had the most powerful R cross ever, the hook jab, and 1-2.

He simply wasn't taught to clinch when he left his giant targets open for counters.

Lewis merely allowed his ego to cause him to stumble, but aside from that, he was the complete package.

Far too many huge fights ahead for Joshua to make such comparison.

I do believe that Brazeale has a decent punchers chance though, and his heart and recovery just might allow him time to get it.

Wlad couldn't carry Tyson's jock strap.

Wlas is a top 15 ATG
    Top ATGs are
    Ali
    Louis
    Tyson
    Holmes
    Foreman
    Lewis
    Holyfield
    Marciano
    Johnson
    Dempsey
    Vitali
    Wlad

Wlad Klitschko the most gifted offensive fighter? Never.
He built the latter half of his career on being a defensive fighter. Jab hold, jab hold 1/2. Not rocket science or offensive.

Mike Tyson was the most gifted offensive fighter ever
Wlad would be very very low on that list.... in fact shouldn't even be mentioned
He's a clincher in fear of his life getting KO'd due to glass china

I think Wlad would have a good chance at beating Tyson. Just too big and strong. Tyson was easy to tie up.

Wlad's case for being an ATG is from how long he was on top, but even then, you have to consider the contribution of Vitali to his brother's reign. Usually taking on the big punchers and less good matchups. It would not be accurate to say Wlad ruled alone, the Klitschko brothers together ruled the division.
Wlad is gifted offensively though, watch the Mercer fight but his chin is just not good enough and can let him down.

I too give him points for heart. He obviously has much more to learn and on the budget express train ... learning on the job while risking him against opponents who looked far more polished than him. Yet he didn't quit and gutted out some w's.

It'd make a great story but I think Joshua will change the ending.

You saidon't he's not quite Lewis but better than Wladimir but say Breazel is a live opponent? Wladimir in his prime doesn't lose a round and knocks Breazel out with ease

Brezeale is sloppy and slow. BUT he does have a heart.

Kassi is a tough awkward guy and is hard to look good against. Amir Mansour (one of the most aggressive fighters and among the hardest hitters) did drop Brezeale but after the kd Brezeale started turning the fight and landing shots.

There are just more ways for Joshua to win here although I'm not even the biggest joshua fan. I think he's become very arrogant and all wrapped up in his own hype. He has a big right hand and decent hand speed. Nothing else really stands out.

    Probably a TKO4 for Joshua.

Tyson beat guys as big as Wladimir in his career. If not by (T)KO then it would be a one sided UD like against Tony Tucker for example in which Larry Merchant scored the fight 117-112 giving Tucker only 3 rounds with one even.

Also, most of the guys who tied Tyson up at all, still lost and mostly by KO.

AMEN! Great post and yes, the truth is the truth, size doesn't matter, skills do....

Prime Tyson would annihilate the division when the Klitschkos were champs
    So would Ali, Holmes, Foreman....
Even Marciano would destroy in the 2ks....

The HW division today is different story, it's shaping up to be competitive with all the greats

    Wilder
    Ortiz
    Fury
    Joshua
    Rivas
are set to make the division golden

Prospects that will join the mix
    1. Jarell Miller
    2. Cassius Chaney
    3. George Arias
    4. Nick Webb
    5. Teslenko
    6. Simon Kean
    7. Roberto Alfonso
    8. Ugonoh
    9. Whyte
    10. Kenzi Morrison
    11. Trey Lippe Morrison
    12. Hemi Ahio

This is the strongest HW division in a long time....
    A new golden era.
