He is the best amateur already. Pro will be a matter of time and will depend on the fashion in which he will dismantle Salido.

You can say fewest fights, but you can't say fastest. Fast is a measurement of time. The man is 28. Mayweather had belts at two weight classes by the time he was 25. Pacquiao had belts in two weight classes by the age of 21, etc.

Lomachenko turned pro at 25. Benitez captured a pro title at 17. That's fast. Lomachenko has been fighting for 3 years and only has 7 fights to show for it. Ray Robinson had 48 fights his first 3 years and beat the likes of Henry Armstrong and Jake LaMotta in that time. Now, that's fast.

His amateur record is exaggerated btw, he did not have nearly 400 fights & he probably lost a few we don't hear about

He's technically sound and very entertaining. Still has to do that work of a great to be one.

    Extremely promising.

You could make a strong case for Vasyl to be one of, if not the, greatest amateur in history. As a pro he appears to have all the tools, but way, waaay too early to start with this BS.

Possibly. Do you have some contradictory information you'd care to share?

Lomachenko is getting better all the time, if he keeps it up he will be the best ever!!! I can't believe all the angles he gives, much less the speed, power, at 130 he appears to be so much stronger.................

So how long have you been a fan of pure, hit and don't get hit, defensive and slick styled boxing?
