It's funny you mention that, I was watching it yesterday. Absolutely terrible hahaha.

Roy Jones' entrance against Clinton Woods was about as cringeworthy- with the dancers and him rapping terribly.

 

I was watching that myself the other day I remember seeing it live but couldn't remember who it was then a few days later it popped up on YouTube!

Great watching those back. I forgot how much I hated Naseem Hamed and then Uzzy came on. Brilliant that they left in Uzzy's brutal KO at the end. Hamed's impersonators are even worse than the real thing. Uzzy and Prince Patel...dear oh dear.

If we are being serious, best ring walk I've seen was Nigel Benn's Vs McClellan, I was there so it might have been because of the atmosphere, it was absolutely electric, I've never experienced anything like it since and I've been to all sorts of sporting events. Now that's a ring walk, the Big Ben chimes always get the people going :bbb

To be fair, Hamed could get away with doing all that stuff, because he backed it up where and when it mattered. Uzzy and Patel are just area level fighters pretending to be the scintillating Sabean sensation that was Prince Naseem Hamed. :yep

 

True, he was genuinely talented but also effin annoying. The likes of Uzzy and PP are just talentless embarassments. "Sabean sensation" 😭😭😭 is very good but vs Barerra he was more like the Lemon from Yemen.
