    I believe Brand would be Ward's comeback opponent before Ward opted in for Paul Smith.

    I'd prefer Nathan Cleverly but this is not a terrible fight either.

    Not the greatest of fights but given the shortage of time this is about the best we could hope for. Ward was never going to get a top contender at such short notice.

    More importantly, it keeps the Kovalev fight on track.

    This is so ****ing pointless. Better to spend his time sparring some strong cruisers or something. Brand looks to be small at 168. He had plenty of time, and options for a better tune up.
    Ah well, as long as the Sergey fight is on, who cares.

    started at 32 in the pro ranks though...i mean..its really no different than fighting barrera.....brand actually lost a SD to badou jack...which i heard was very close but did not see
