Think this is the first real test to see if he has got that snap back in his punches he had under booth. Since mcguigan took over he looks like he has it back. If he can hurt murray that will be all the evidence we need that he carries real power
100% agree, or on points by something like 8-4 in rounds. As you know not a fan of Groves the man but call it as I see it.
Groves UD. Murray being up at 168 negates the strengths he had at 160 imo. Throw into the mix Groves is a big 168 fighter with good power. Think the fight will be entertaining and am rooting for Murray but like people have said in the thread can see a 8-4 type victory for gorgeous George.
I think Groves will boss the first 6-8 then slow down as per usual. Murray will win a few later on and he might even make it difficult for Groves towards the end but not enough to stop a Groves UD. I like Murray but I think he's too slow and reserved most of the time. He doesn't take chances. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
No way does grove take out Murray. Anyone who thinks otherwise is re****ed. Its a points win. It took GGG 11 rounds to stop Murray, do you think Groves has more pop than ggg?
It doesn't matter, Murray will have more belief that he can win this fight and it could leave him more open, groves has a decent dig. We'll see on fight night anyway, I'm saying a groves stoppage. If groves stops him in 3, does that make him better than GGG? No!
First 4 Groves wins easily behind his jab Next 4 are closer with Murray pressuring more but Groves shades them Last 4 Groves is slowing down and Murray rallies but fails to get the late stoppage Groves by close but clear decision
