tyson fury isn't that popular with the casual fans and if this is true it will be even harder to market him. i hope its not true but that was the first time i saw the picture of the alleged ankle injury and imo that is not his foot! look how think his leg is it would be impossible to hold him up with that tooth pick lol

I think Fury is one of the "cleaner" heavyweights out there but I'm not surprised to find out he's been using steroids (or possibly pro-hormones or nandrolone precursors) too.
He's been talking about 'roids lately too, accusing both Wlad and AJ.
    That's usually an indicator.

It's a pity if it's true and he gets stripped cos it's the legacy he's living off even if he loses the rematch, the legacy will count for Jack if it's true. What happens to the purse when you get caught?

There's a chance that Fury is being stitched up here though.

It wouldn't surprise me so much now, as I think it might be why he cuts down weight and hardens up so quickly during training camps.

But if he's on them then basically everyone's on them. Look at Vlad's bodybuilder physique and compare it to heavyweights from previous eras. And he's practically middle aged.

Yeah, that wouldn't surprise either. He is totally at odds with the boxing establishment.

I think people on here need to educate themselves about steroids and PED's.

Actual Pro-hormones (from back in the day) don't exist anymore, they were banned years ago. Products such as 1-AD, 4-AD, M5-AA, 1,4,-AD, both 19-nors (which converted to Nandrolone), 'andro' etc are long gone...what exists nowadays are mainly modified version of DHEA, which are pretty much useless. And before anyone says, 'just because they are banned doesn't mean they don't still exist', well, it does actually because no underground lab are going to waste money having them produced when actual steroids are a) cheaper to produce and b) a million times more popular and effective.

As for 'hardening up' - on nandrolone, really?! Firstly, steroids aren't a magic pill (the only steroid that will 'burn' fat is trenbolone and perhaps anavar in higher doses), but the only steroids that do actually 'harden' you up (which you will only visibly see when you have body fat below 12%) are the highly androgenic ones like halotestin and masteron, although other DHT derivatives such as Anavar and Winstrol are sometimes used pre-contest for this purpose.

Nandrolone is pretty much the least androgenic steroid available. It exerts very little androgenic action itself, and it converts (via 5a-alpha reductase) to a lesser androgen (DHN), unlike testosterone, which converts to DHT which is several times more androgenic. It also acts directly on the estrogen receptor, which again is the opposite of what you'd want from a 'hardening' drug. Nandrolone will have the opposite effect - it will make you a bloaty, watery mess and the opposite end of the scale to 'hard'.

    Was always going to happen.

So he's massively out of shape a few weeks before the biggest fight of his career yet suddenly loses it and then calls the fight off?

Needs to sort his cycle out, big time.

    1) Wlad's got awesome genetics, that's undeniable.
    2) Mike Tyson?

    This is interesting. Thanks.
So, the 'sorry, we took the wrong supplements' excuse won't wash with this.
