Erkan Teper suspension lifted from 3 July

As if it makes a difference dude. I like Price too. But he's just not cut out to be a HW contender. He's far too physically fragile, and technically flawed to go anywhere. PEDS had nothing to do with those losses, that's just a cop out. His weak chin, stamina, and technical flaws do.

 

It was Price's drficiencies why he lost especially the Teper one but surel PEDs would have had something to do with a 40 odd year old getting off the floor to stop someone a couple of rounds later. I don't know the ins and outs of what Thompson was on or anything but could easily have played a part.

 

Agreed, Price comes across as a nice guy, but inside the ring there are obvious flaws. Its funny how the losses he blames on drug cheats are the best opponents he has fought. Price can hold onto the drug excuse all he wants, but when he steps up again the same thing will happen.

 

Teper is a disgrace and I hope his career goes the same way Larry O's went post being busted.

 

Larry O is a bum, Teper despite his cheating is a real prospect.

In that case it turned out that at least 6 of the 8 finalists were doped up, so not really a good comparison.

In boxing the juicers usually get of with a slap on the wrist, and more frequently actually get to keep the win on their record as well. That's just wrong in so many ways.

 

Carl Lewis is one of the most aggravating athletes of all time. He was an obvious cheat who failed numerous tests but was allowed to get away with it.

Now, despite everyone knowing he was no better than Johnson - or Christie who was also doped up - he goes around judging others. He's arguably the biggest hypocrite in world sports.

 

I think it's a shame that the fact he has lost to drug cheats have given him a false hope. He tries to convince himself he is still unbeaten. The reality is he isn't cut out for the pros and is going to get brutally ko'ed again in the near future.

 

Price should rematch a clean teper

 

Would be interesting if he worked his way up to be Joshua's mandatory. Is he ranked now or does he have to start again effectively?

 

I highly doubt Price would dream of giving Teper the chance as he rightly or wrongly believes Teper has kept food off his families table by cheating. However, in my opinion a confident Pricey smashes Teper out with ease and would do wonders for him going forward.
